Support Group for Hoarding Recovery
If you or someone you care about is affected by hoarding, our monthly online support group might be the safe and compassionate space youβve been looking for. We’re committed to helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered β together.
Why We Paused In-Person Support Groups
Our in-person groups were previously funded by housing associations, which allowed us to run regular sessions at local venues. Sadly, this funding is no longer available, which meant the group had to pause β but the need never disappeared.
Introducing Our Monthly Online Support Group
Weβre planning to launch a monthly online support group via Zoom for those on a hoarding recovery journey. If enough people register their interest, we’ll begin hosting sessions. As this service is no longer externally funded, we kindly ask for a small contribution to help cover our platform and admin costs.
Join Our Active Online Community
In the meantime, you can get ongoing support in our Online Community β a members-only space where you can connect, share experiences, and receive encouragement from others who understand. We at Helping Hands are active in the community daily, so you’re never alone in your journey.
Membership is now just Β£3.99/month and gives you access to the community, exclusive content, tips, and early access to events like this support group.
Register Your Interest
If you’d like to join our monthly online group, please fill out the form below. Once enough people are interested, we’ll contact you with details for our first session.
We value your privacy. Your details will only be used for updates related to the support group.
What the Support Group Offers

Looking to the Future
